Automatic Door Service Engineer – Essex & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £20 per hour (£46,800 basic) + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime + On-Call
TSM Technical are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist within the entrance systems industry.
Our client is looking to appoint an Automatic Door Service Engineer to support their expanding customer base across Essex and the surrounding areas.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing automatic door systems across a range of commercial, retail, healthcare, and industrial environments.
You will also have the opportunity to work on industrial doors, gates, barriers, and associated entrance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service and maintenance of automatic doors
• Fault finding and repair work
• Ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Completing all required documentation accurately
• Participating in the on-call rota
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience within the automatic door industry
• Familiarity with leading manufacturers including Record, Dorma, Tormax, ASSA ABLOY, and GEZE
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive and professional attitude
