Automatic Door Engineer – North West

Full-Time | Permanent
£29,000 – £45,000 DOE + Overtime + Call-Out Pay
TSM Technical is working on behalf of a respected nationwide client within the door and access solutions industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Automatic Door Engineer to join their North West branch, covering Northern England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, and repair of:
- Automatic doors
- Roller shutters
- Folding shutters
- High-speed doors
- Traffic barriers
- Automatic gates and associated equipment
- Fault finding and diagnostics (3-phase electrical experience advantageous)
- Participation in a call-out rota
- Completing paperwork and site reports accurately
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the industrial or automatic door industry
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- CSCS Card, IPAF, and EN16005 certifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to take part in a call-out rota
