TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a specialist provider in industrial and commercial door systems. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing company with a strong presence in the UK industrial door market.

About the Role
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and construction sectors
- Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through to close – this is 100% self-generated sales
- Develop strong client relationships, conduct on-site visits, assess needs, and propose effective solutions
- Work from home and in the field, with flexible scheduling
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in industrial or commercial door sales – essential
- Technically confident – able to discuss solutions with site managers, contractors, and end users
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with a focus on results
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationwide
