Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for the installation of a wide range of physical security and automation products, including:

  • Automated gates (swing, sliding, bi-folding, telescopic, tracked)
  • Traffic barriers
  • Rising bollards
  • Turnstiles and pedestrian access systems
  • Automatic doors
  • Access control systems (keypads, proximity readers, intercoms, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing automated gates, barriers, bollards, turnstiles and access control products
  • Mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, motor setup and control panel work
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation documents
  • Completing RAMS, commissioning paperwork and compliance documentation
  • Visiting customer sites across the region (occasional collection of parts from depot)
  • Working with project and technical teams to ensure installations meet standards
  • Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safety-first approach

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Experience with tools, wiring, motors or electromechanical systems
  • Ability to follow technical drawings
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience:

  • Installation of: gates, barriers, bollards, turnstiles, automatic doors, access control
  • Experience with automation brands such as: Roger Technology, BFT, FAAC, CAME
