Lift Service Engineer – West / North London
Location: West & North London
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering West and North London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that values its engineers and offers genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role
As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of lift equipment across your designated patch in West and North London. You'll be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on passenger and goods lifts
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs where required
- Respond to lift breakdowns when on the call-out rota (optional participation)
- Complete service reports and paperwork accurately
- Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
About You
- Previous experience as a Lift Service Engineer
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (preferable)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
