Are you an experienced Automatic Door Engineer looking for your next opportunity with a well-established, family-run business?

The Role
This is a field-based position where you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and installing a wide range of automatic door systems across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
The role is split approximately:
- 70% Service & Maintenance
- 30% Installation
You'll be expected to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, complete planned maintenance and deliver a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
What's on Offer?
- Up to £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Salary flexibility for the right candidate
- Door-to-door pay
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Plenty of overtime available
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- Sundays paid at double time (while on site)
- Travel time paid at 1.5x during overtime
- On-call rota of 1 in 8 weeks
- £60 standby payment
- £25 per call-out, plus overtime rates

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience working on automatic doors
- ADIA or ADSA qualification (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Flexible, reliable and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
