Our client delivers high-quality fire and security solutions across commercial and residential environments, with a strong focus on customer service, reliability and long-term relationships.

The Role
You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of fire and security systems across a range of client sites. The role includes both planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs, ensuring systems remain fully operational and compliant.
Key duties include:
- Service, maintenance and fault finding on fire and security systems
- Attending call-outs and carrying out remedial works
- Completing accurate documentation and compliance reports
- Supporting other engineers and contributing to team performance
- Participating in a 1 in 12 call-out rota
Requirements
- Proven experience in fire and/or security systems (service and maintenance)
- Strong fault-finding and technical skills, including IP/networked systems
- Good knowledge of signalling and monitoring systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass DBS and security screening
- Relevant electrical or technical qualifications (desirable)
