Your job as Repairs Manager will involve the following...
- Managing and overseeing lift repair projects across the Midlands region
- Supporting and mentoring a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of work and safety
- Working closely with senior management to plan and deliver repair works efficiently
- Liaising with clients and providing a high level of customer service
- Ensuring the smooth running and high performance of the repairs department
The ideal candidate will have...
- Strong experience working as a lift engineer, ideally with repair experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience within the lift industry
- A full UK driving licence
- An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Lift Engineering
This role would suit both an experienced repairs manager or a senior lift engineer who is ready to take the next step into management while still utilising their technical knowledge and industry experience.
